- Description
The Head Chef role focuses on food production and kitchen management with responsibility for the multiple dining rooms/outlets and some hospitality.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the successful production and delivery of healthy, balanced food to pupils, staff and visitors at all services, within pre- determined budgetary levels.
Hours; The role involves some split shifts but you have every other weekend off.
