Do you possess extensive legal skills, knowledge and experience in relation to residential property matters?
Do you enjoy and thrive on helping a case through to completion?

In this position you would not carry your own caseload. Your role would be to act as a consultant and subject matter expert to the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Key Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience of handling a residential property case load
- Extensive knowledge of the Conveyancing process
- Experienced in dealing with a wide range and complexed residential property matters
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs
- Ensure the service legal agreements are maintained and achieved regardless of the complexity of the case
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find a solution quickly and efficiently
- Strong Risk management skills
- Experience of Equity Release and Islamic Mortgages would be an advantage
