Part-time Office Administrator - Stamford
Monday and Friday's 9am - 5pm (flexibility will be required to work extra hours if required)
The successful applicant will have excellent Communication skills and be comfortable dealing with incoming calls from clients as well as liaising with other staff within the company. You will need to be highly organised, with a good attention to detail.
The role will be to support the Office and team of Fee Earners & Solicitors in their day to day roles. This will consist of typical administration support such as Case Management Administration, assisting the existing Administrator and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Ensuring you are responsible for your own work load and adhering to clients needs is of upmost importance.
Experience required:
- Strong general educational background
- Fast, accurate keyboard skills
- Highly organised

- Ability to pick information up quickly
- Calm and professional telephone Manner
- Flexible, adaptable and able to prioritise and multi-task
Interviews are being held and the position is available for immediate start.
Experience:
- Administration: 1-2 years
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Excel.
Education:
- Secondary education

- Full UK Driving Licence
