Building Department Plumber
£28,329 per annum
My client in Oundle is currently seeking a Level 3 qualified individual in Plumbing and Heating, who will be responsible for the general day to day plumbing works around the premises/buildings showing their previous experience of this trade from plumbing breakdowns to the repairing of domestic and commercial boilers. Being part of our Buildings department means you will be working as a team maintaining the premises throughout the stunning historic town of Oundle.
Some of the typical duties are listed below but not limited to:
- To act as first response for heating and hot water breakdowns
- To carry out minor works and works in connection with building refurbishments, and alterations to new and existing installations.
- To adhere to all current health and safety legislation.
- To read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- To organise and programme own daily workloads, including the preparation of parts and materials for ordering.
- To work in areas at heights, in confined plant rooms and areas where access is restricted, and work indoors or out at any time of year
