Lettings Consultant - Kettering
Full-time, Commission, Permanent
£20,000 a year plus OTE
Letting's Consultant, based in a busy and growing estate agent in Kettering .The job role will be working in a busy, fast paced office environment on a full time basis.
We are looking to add to our growing team, the ideal candidate would be someone that is self motivated and highly organised. You must be able to work independently and be able to problem solve in delicate situations.
Duties Would Include: -
-Management visits to house's currently occupied by tenants, reporting all information to landlords
-Must have polite and confident telephone manner to deal with queries' on a day to day basis
-Completing Internet enquire for houses that are available to let- Dealing with customer's and client's face to face- Must have full UK driving license to complete management visits
-Book client visits and attend property viewings
-Must be computer literate and have broad knowledge of all Microsoft programmes
-Making daily service calls to customers and landlords alike
-A driving licence is essential and a pool car is provided for use in business hours.
Hours - Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-5
