Property Manager - Stamford

My client in Stamford is looking for a Property Manager to look after 150 properties on their books. Based in the town centre, this lovely branch is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest parking.
This role will also look after properties in Bourne and Oakham
They are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills who is happy negotiating between landlords and tenant on all issues relating to the property.
2 years experience in this field is required
This role is Monday to Friday 08.30am - 6pm with one Saturday in 3 - 21 days hols+bhols
Salary 20k-25k plus quaterly bonus (subject to branch performance)
