Sales Appointment Maker
Immediate Interviews
£17k per annum - £30k OTE - NO COLD CALLING
Leeds, West Yorkshire (close to the city centre)

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Do you have background experience in hospitality and/or retail sales sector and looking to move into a sales based office role with sociable hours?
Benefits
- Basic starting salary of £17k with quick progression and potential increase in basic salary of £26k (based on hitting/ exceeding targets)
- Social working hours of 8:30 - 5pm (NO WEEKEND WORK)
- FREE onsite parking / frequent buses less than 15 minutes from the city centre (110)
The Role
- Inbound/outbound telephones calls to existing and prospective contacts (warm leads), to secure appointments for the Business Development Executives.
- Achieve and exceed expected targets to meeting call criteria
- Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments and are booked in advance considering travel times
- Establish a strong relationship with your Business Development Executive
- Support with the administration duties including diary management

Skills required
- Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn sales skills
- Money motivated and target driven
- Enthusiastic and confident over the phone
- Customer service skills
