TM Resourcing are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their existing commercial temporary support team.

Taskmaster Resources deploy over 2500 temporary workers each week therefore this will be a hands on challenge for a focused, enthusiastic and service orientated individual who will benefit from working alongside a team of experienced consultants led by a driven and proactive Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Reactively managing specific client accounts to meet their needs on a day to day basis

• Pre-screening candidates to assess suitability

• Chasing prompt receipt of timesheets on a weekly basis and checking for accuracy

• Working to client and payroll deadlines

• Conducting candidate interviews in line with company policy

• Checking candidate information and client requirements in line with UK legislation

• Managing temp candidate availability to meet the client and candidate need

• Attending on-site meetings with clients to carryout service reviews and to ascertain recruitment requirements

• Hardworking and resilient with a "can do" attitude and bags of enthusiasm

• Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life

• Organised with strong attention to detail

• Able to work to deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure

• Flexibility to be on-call on a rota basis

• Competent IT skills
