Assistant Accountant - Harrogate
Maternity Cover - Competitive Salary
TM Resourcing are working with an established business operating in the care sector based in Harrogate. They are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to cover maternity leave who will work closing with their Financial Accountant and transaction processing team members to deliver an excellent financial accounting service.
Key Duties:
Work as part of a team to deliver month-end time and accuracy quality measures.
Reconcile balance sheet control accounts.
Assist in preparing financial reporting and analysis for management and statutory reporting requirements.
Assist with transactional processing of supplier invoices, customer invoices, banking transactional postings, and intercompany invoices as required.
About You:
Part qualified professional accountancy qualification (CIMA / ACCA / AAT)
Accounting system experience, preferably Sage 200.
Excellent IT skills including MS Excel.
High attention to detail.
