Technical Solicitor - Re-mortgage

An opportunity has arisen to join one of the World's largest and most successful legal brands. We are looking for an ambitious, experienced property solicitor who can bring their skills and expertise to benefit the remortgage team and the wider firm.

Key responsibilities

• To assist the Re-Mortgage Department by providing technical advice and assistance in respect of compliance and legal issues, Title Check assistance, advising on unusual or complex issues on title, assisting with the sign off process for completion, dealing with complaints where necessary and dealing with file Review Process

• Perform in accordance with Client Protocols, Service Level Agreements with customers, clients and referrers, SRA and other regulatory requirements, Court Rules and the Firm's policies and procedures.

Expectations

• Extensive knowledge of the Conveyancing/re-mortgage process

• Ability to build strong and effective relationships

• Efficiently resolve issues as they arise

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ensure all tasks and file reviews are undertaken in accordance with all training material and process and procedures of the business
