HGV Class 1 ADR Night Trunking - Temp to Perm - Wigan

£13.50 per hour for first 12 weeks

£14.05 per hour plus generous bonuses after 12 weeks

We have an exciting vacancy for a reliable Class 1 ADR Driver to work on a temp to perm contract for a prestigious client based in Wigan doing straight forward night trunking.

This job will suit drivers who want the security of a full time permanent job working for a company that really cares about their employees and is ideally suited for an experienced driver who enjoys being on the road and likes the idea earning a lucrative wage during the week and enjoying every weekend off. Based on a 5-day week your working night will start at 18:00 pm through to about 04:00 am. The role is straight forward trunking between Wigan and Hounslow.

Rates of pay are extremely attractive and the successful candidate can expect to earn an hourly rate of £13.50 for the first 12 weeks after which you will transfer over to the client on a permanent contract and will command £14.05 per hour with paid breaks. This company also pay generous bonuses twice yearly. You will need to be very slightly flexible because on rare occasion you might end up doing a night out if there are any delays on the run.

You will need:

• HGV Class 1 with less than 6 penalty points
• ADR Qualified (Packages)
• A full drivers CPC card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• 12-months HGV driving experience.
• A flexible/helpful attitude
• Customer service driven.
