Quantity Surveyor/Senior QS

Taskmaster are delighted to be working in partnership with our client, a Yorkshire based sub-contractor working on various civil engineering, earthworks and construction projects, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS (applications from Project QS candidates will be considered).
Working on an approx. 2 year contract in North Leeds the suitable candidate must have a civil engineering/highways sector background and hold a professional qualification in quantity surveying.
The successful candidate must have:
A good understanding of NEC3 contracts.
Commercial skills, maximising value recovery cost control and cash management
The ability to form and develop relationships with PQS and design team
The ability and experience to manage a Junior QS along with procurement, sub-contact management, CVRS
