Multi-Lingual Customer Service Administrators (Italian & Spanish)
Permanent, Full Time - (2 Shifts Patterns - Core Hours 7am to 6pm)
PLEASE NOTE: THESE ROLES ARE INITIALLY HOME BASED HOWEVER SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL TRANSFER TO OUR CLIENT'S OFFICES IN ST NEOTS WHEN IT IS APPROPRIATE TO DO SO.

£22k per annum plus benefits
TM Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with our client an international supplier of high quality nutritional supplements and organic skin care products based in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire to recruit a number of multilingual Customer Service Administrators (Italian, Spanish & English).
These roles will be home based until such time that work places can safely re-open and the successful candidates will be the first point of contact for customers and you will be representing the values and principles established by our client.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Using bespoke IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries
Assisting new customers with their enquiries and setting up accounts
Developing positive relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service
Taking prompt and appropriate action for customers
Developing product and process knowledge to continue providing excellent customer service
Processing and completing payments
Collaborating with colleagues
Being a proud ambassador of our client's business to customers and colleagues

You will need:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Problem - solving skills to take the initiative and develop your knowledge
These are full time positions working on a shift pattern between the core customer service
Fluency in speaking and writing Italian, Spanish and English
A willingness to learn how to use a variety of bespoke IT systems
Positive and engaging communication skills
The ability to work in a team, ask for help and trust your colleagues
