Assistant F&B Manager
West Yorkshire
£20-24k pa + benefits
We have an opportunity for a self motivated and driven Assistant F&B Manager to join our client on a permanent basis. A well established hotel based in West Yorkshire they have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
With the ability to host the department you will lead and motivate from the front. Reporting directly into the Manager your overall responsibility will be the efficient running of the F&B department in liaison with other senior members of the team. Preparing the department for daily service you will also have responsibility for taking charge of events. Key duties will include managing all junior members of the team to ensure standards are maintained, managing weekly rotas to ensure the department is adequately manned, ordering of supplies, recruitment and training of junior team members and generally promoting the department to ensure profitability.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a hotel restaurant but it is not essential. A can do attitude and a passion for customer service is key along with strong communication skills. If you have the drive and ambition to push your career to the next level this is the role for you!
