This is a great chance to work for one of Leeds' most loved and respected organisations where all staff are valued and treated with respect and gratitude for all their hard work and efforts. You will be working within a great team of friendly people who are all committed to keeping the organisation's premises clean, tidy and safe.
Successful applicants will be starting on Monday September 21st and will work up until at least January with a strong possibility of the assignment being extended beyond that point.
After completing 12 weeks in the post the pay rate shall increase from £8.72ph hour up to £9.37ph. From that point you would also be entitled to enhanced pay for overtime hours.
The part-time working hours are 11.00-13.00, 20 hours per week.
Job Role - Main Duties:
- Cleaning & Sanitising corridors, communal spaces and toilet areas
- Mopping, vacuuming, polishing, disinfecting
- Thoroughly wiping down touch points across the organisation’s site
- Adhering to latest Covid-19 legislation, policies and procedures
- Other general cleaning responsibilities as required
What We're Looking For:
- Committed, reliable hard workers
- People who understand the importance of customer service
- Individuals who are physically able to undertake the above duties and not opposed to covering large distances during their shifts
- Cleaning experience would be advantageous but it is not essential
