Our Client in the Wigan area (WN5) is looking for a team leader to assist in leading their administration/customer service team of 25 administrators.
The team have a number of differing responsibilities including but not limited to:

Point of delivery chase
-
General administrative duties
-
Debrief
-
General Customer service duties
-
Dealing with multiple high profile client accounts
The ideal candidate needs to be:

Capable of working in a fast paced environment

Flexible - to move/assist with other job roles if required

Able to manage time effectively

Driven to “want more”

Strong communicator
-
Confident in managing a team

Experienced in logistics/warehouse administration

Organised and able to compile rotas and holiday reports
Standard hours are 37.5 per week - between the hours 8.30am-5.30pm (start times can vary)
You must be able to work weekends, shifts will be flexible but ideally looking for someone to work Thursday-Monday / Friday-Tuesday
