Telesales Advisor - Located in Peterborough
Contacting schools to renew and/or upgrade their current orders/contracts. The role will require outbound calling to secure appointments for the Field sales team
- Preparing quotations and following up quotes and enquiries.
- Recording customer information by obtaining and entering required data.
- Confirming customer information by restating and clarifying data.
- Promoting products by suggesting related products; offering quantity discounts or special promotions.
- Maintaining quality service by following organisation standards.
- Maintaining technical knowledge by participating in training sessions and reviewing publications.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Basic salary £20,000 plus commission
30 days holiday to be taken during school holidays.
