3 Shifts (AMs, PMs & Nights)
£13.50 per hour (plus shift premium)
TM Resourcing (Technical & Engineering) are proudly representing a leading engineering group with a manufacturing facility in Todmorden.
Our client is looking for skilled machinists to join their team and operate both CNC Vertical and Horizontal turret lathes, all of which are Fanuc controlled. The successful candidate will work with a variety of materials within a medium to heavy environment.
The successful candidate(s) will be expected to produce various components to incredibly high standards and specific requirements, this position will mainly involve tool setting and operating with some editing and adjusting of programs.
Required Experience & Skills
CNC Machining experience is essential
Ideally experience within a heavy engineering environment
Ideally experience working with castings
Conversant with Fanuc controller
Capable of editing and adjusting programs
Person Specification
Possess a positive attitude towards modern manufacturing processes
Willingness to adopt lean manufacturing principles
Self-motivated
Focussed towards working within a devoted and continuously improving health and safety culture.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
Flexible to work night shift and work across all three shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
