Machine Operative – 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 rotational and non rotational
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative for our well recognised manufacturing and production company client based in the Pondersbridge area.
Duties of the Machine Operative position include the using and operating of a mechanical saw with the addition of some Yard based work if necessary.
Experience within a production environment or as a saw operative is desirable but not essential and each applicant will be assessed on an individual basis. The Machine Operative position is a manual position, occasionally requiring some heavy lifting.
Suitable candidates for the Machine Operative role must have a strong understanding of the English language and feel confident in the reading and calculating of measurements. Candidates must have a hard working can-do attitude and strive to complete each job to a high standard.
Candidates will be expected to adhere to all health and safety measures at all times as well as the ability of maintaining a clean and orderly work station.
The Machine Operative position is on an on-going basis. Hours will be: 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 rotational and non rotational, Monday to Friday, £9.50ph.
