PAYE £9.20/hour plus incentives (FREE ADR & CLASS 1 UPGRADES) and no weekends!
Limited Drivers Welcome - £1 per hour extra in lieu of holiday pay.
We are urgently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers who are interested in developing their driving career by working for an agency who wants to invest in the best with reward and recognition. We're willing to put our money where our mouth is! If you give us 3-months ongoing and excellent service we'll reward you with an ADR course in tanks and packages worth up to £500, which also gives you 28 hours CPC. For those who give us 6-months continuous excellent service we'll upgrade your licence to a Class 1 at our expense.
You'll start by working on an ongoing basis for a client who is a top ten global provider of transportation and logistics services based in Leigh. The role involves driving Class 2 curtain-sided vehicles with tail-lifts and will suit drivers wanting to work Monday to Friday on days whilst enjoying the luxury of every weekend off. Your working day will start between 6:00 and 7:00 am with an average shift length of between 10 and 12 hours. Your deliveries will be mostly in the North West.
Great rates of pay on offer! For PAYE it's £9.20 per hour plus a generous holiday accrual. Limited drivers are also welcome and will earn an extra £1 per hour in lieu of holidays.
To be successful you must be be over 25 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months continuous Class 2 driving experience. This criteria is a must for insurance purposes.
You will need:
- Clean LGV Class 2 Licence
- At least 12 months continuous Class 2 Driving Experience.
- Be over 25 years of age
- A full drivers CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Customer service driven attitude.
