HGV Class 2 ADR Drivers - Mon to Fri - £10.80 per hour plus incentives - Leigh
PAYE £10.80/hour plus incentives (FREE CLASS 1 UPGRADES) and no weekends!
Limited Drivers Welcome - £1 per hour extra in lieu of holiday pay.
We are urgently seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers with an ADR in Packages who are interested in developing their driving career by working for an agency who wants to invest in the best with reward and recognition. This includes upgrading your licence to a Class 1 at our expense if you give us 5 months ongoing and excellent service for those who want it.
You'll start by working on an ongoing basis for a client who is a top ten global provider of transportation and logistics services based in Leigh. The role is quite specialised and involves driving Class 2 vehicles with tail-lifts, delivering chemicals and hazardous materials in boxes and bottles to universities and laboratories across the North West. You will also be trained in the use of hand-held scanners. This job will suit drivers wanting to work Monday to Friday on days whilst enjoying the luxury of every weekend off. Your working day will start between 6:00 and 7:00 am with an average shift length of between 10 and 12 hours.
Great rates of pay on offer! For PAYE it's £10.80 per hour plus a generous holiday accrual. Limited drivers are also welcome and will earn an extra £1 per hour in lieu of holidays.
To be successful you will need an ADR licence in packages, be over 25 years of age and have a minimum of 12 months continuous Class 2 driving experience. This criteria is a must for insurance purposes.
You will need:
- Clean LGV Class 2 Licence
- ADR in Packages
- At least 12 months continuous Class 2 Driving Experience.
- Be over 25 years of age
- A full drivers CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Customer service driven attitude.
