- Line Leader – Night Shift
Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Line Leader for the Night shift.
Shift Pattern:18:00-06:00, any 4 out of the 7 days, Panama shift.
Pay Rate: £12.16 per hour with an overtime rate of £15.20.
Duties:
- Ensuring that your line operates at full capacity
- Ensure all Line resources are being used
- Run machinery to specification whilst escalating any issues you can’t resolve
- Support you team achieve a target
- Working to KPI's
- Work with internal departments to include QA and Engineering
Experience:
- Must have experience within a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- All training provided, no need for prior experience but should know how to manage people. Each line will be looking after 3 – 5 people only plus the machine.
Benefits:
- 18:00-06:00, any 4 out of the 7 days, Panama shift.
