Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Handy Person / Grounds Keeper for our well established client based near Stamford in a beautiful woodland park.
Previous Experience from a maintenance background would be desirable but not essential as all training will be provided to the successful applicant. Each applicant will be assessed on an individual basis. The Grounds Keeper position is a manual one, maintaining wooden holiday lodges and the outside areas in a brand new beautiful holiday village located near Stamford.
Duties for the Grounds Keeper position include:
- General DIY within the designated working area.
- Planning and maintenance of all gardening, planting, grass cutting, weeding etc.
- The majority of the work will be based in the outdoors
- Checking the lodges for maintenance issues and carrying out any DIY or maintenance required.
Grounds Keeper working shifts: Monday- Friday: 07:00 – 17:30 with some weekend work at times, so flexibility is key. The Grounds Keeper position boats a healthy pay rate of £10 per hours with the addition of a £15 pay rate for any overtime completed.
