Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit for multiple Production Operatives for one of our well established client’s based within the Littleport area.Our client is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking candidates to join their team on an ongoing basis as a Production Operative.
Duties of the Production Operative will include:
- The safe Operating of designated machinery to suit each technical task. Safely and efficiently loading and unloading stock to and from the Warehouse.
- The Production Operative will ensure each product is at its highest quality at all times and must ensure any discrepancies are reported if necessary.
- Fulfil all requirements relating to quality control and reporting.
- Previous working knowledge with using different types and grade of wood. Knowledge within a production warehouse is desirable whilst previous knowledge with caliper and condition.
- The successful candidate must have the ability to both lift and manoeuvre heavy goods throughout the entirety of the shift.
- Must have excellent communication skills, with a strong understanding of the English language; both written and verbal.
- The Production Operative must be able to work quickly and efficiently both individually and part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
- The suitable candidates would ideally have experience using technical machines/computers in order to correctly monitor wood type, grade, density, clarity etc.
- Week 1 – 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2 – 22:00 – 06:00
- Week 3 – 14:00 – 22:00
