- Customer Service Representative
A well-known Technology based company is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their growing business within the city.
Job Description:
- Dealing with Customer Queries until completion, this will include but not limited to sales/customer error, lost/damaged items, faulty items, miss-picks.
- Liaising with Sales and internal Supply Chain to resolve problems.
- Liaising with manufacturers to organise repairs/engineers for customers.
- Requesting RMAs with Suppliers / Negotiating with Suppliers to return products.
- Communicating with couriers to ensure deliveries/collections are made, and raising a claim for lost or damaged items if required.
- Professional Communication.
- Problem Solving.
- Working to meet required SLA/KPIs.
- Stock movements.
- Credits to Customer and from Suppliers.
- The CS rep will deal with issues/quarries from start until completion. They own their own workload.
Knowledge and experience:
- Excellent ability to multitask.
- Strong planning and organisation.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working in a busy/ high volume environment is essential.
- Call and email handling.
- IT background preferable but not a necessity.
- Proven Customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications is desirable.
Pay: £13.00ph
Hours: Night shift, 4 on 4 off, 8pm-8am
