Operations Manager

TaskMaster Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager/ Manufacturing Manager for an International Food business within Hertfordshire.
The role is focused on delivering the day to day Production for the site, coupled with the longer term strategy of process improvement.
You will be responsible for:
- The effective use of raw materials and the packaging.
- The production and Labelling Facility
- Creating Performance Improvement Plans
- Staff Planning
- Implementing Lean tools within the business ( 5s/SIC Boards)
- Developing the Operational development strategy
- Leading a team within a safe working environment
If you are already acting as a Production Manager or Operations Manager within a Fresh Produce Food Manufacturing / Horticultural Pack-house facility, and supplying into the Supermarket Supply Chain then this role could be ideal
