Taskmaster Resources Ltd are excited to be working with a brand new client in Glasgow that is the global leader in the manufacture and supply of high strength safety critical fasteners. Our brand new client has a long standing reputation for quality products and service with strategic operations based in Europe, Asia Pacific and the USA!
At the moment we are looking for two experienced Warehouse Operators to add to the team that have valid counter balance forklift licences and have previous experience working as a manual picker. This is an opportunity to join an already established warehousing team that will offer a variety of different tasks once fully trained that will involve picking, FLT and possible van driving.
Our Glasgow depot is a distribution centre and operates Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Duties and responsibilities
- Order picking from a manual pick sheet
- Replenishing stock
- Driving a counter balance and reach truck once fully trained
- General duties within the warehousing / housekeeping
- Working together as a team
- Manual pick experience with a valid Counter Balance licence
- Reach truck experience, in house, valid licence (1 of 3)
- A Full UK driving licence (Over 25 for insurance purposes)
- A reference from a previous employer
- Looking to join a new team on a temp to perm basis with Taskmaster
- Availability to attend a face to face interview with Taskmaster in East Kilbride
- A rare temp to perm opportunity to join a small team of 12
- £10.42 per hour with weekly wages every Friday from Taskmaster
- A temp to perm contract of employments (12 weeks)
- Friendly team with full training and management support
- Standard day shift hours with no weekends or evenings
