Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to work for our client based at their site in Kings Cliffe, this is ongoing work, temp to perm for the right candidate.
Role:
To provide an excellent front line customer service experience that focusses on delivering positive outputs, and which puts communities and customers at the heart of what our client does. To provide day to day management and support to the client administration team and to strive to improve and deliver a holistic front-line service to existing and prospective customers, you must always lead by example.
Duties may include:
- Release orders.
- Inputting Purchase orders.
- Inputting Transfers.
- Maintain accurate records or orders/purchase orders/transfers and their status.
- Keeps tracks of orders on hold, and liaising with customer daily.
- Liaising throughout the day with the customer and the warehouse team.

Notifies management of any problems and solicits guidance and maintains corporate information flow.

- Team player, professional, and positive have integrity, initiative, and focus be able to think, communicate and present information effectively, good coping skills, IT equipment proficiently.
- Well organised and able to function independently with limited supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Company oriented with excellent professionalism.
- Numerate and literate with a good working knowledge or of order entry systems and software.

Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Shift: Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours, times to be discussed.
Pay rate: £10.75 per hour
