- Contracts Assistant - part work from home part office basedTaskmaster are currently looking to recruit for a Contracts Assistant for our client based within the Milton Keynes or Cambridge area although working from home will be part of this position with one or two days to be worked from either the Milton Keynes or Cambridge office .Our client are seeking to recruit a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Assistant to join their UK-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the central administration of all subcontract and supply chain agreements. This role will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and other functional stakeholders. The full time position offers an hourly payrate of £13.85 per hour.Key ResponsibilitiesCentral administration of subcontract and supply chain agreements, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained, stored, and accessible.Control and administration of all SAP Master Data, maintaining data accuracy and ensuring timely updates when required.Management of CIS data within SAP, including data entry, verification, and reporting.Maintenance of the Contract Database, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Raising of Purchase Orders for subcontractsIdentifying any discrepancies or issues that need to be resolved.Liaising with Procurement, Operations, and other functional stakeholders.General administration duties, supporting all areas of the business.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least two years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of SAP and CIS systems.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.If you are an enthusiastic individual; who can put their mind to any given task and feel you could have a future as the Contracts Assistant of a well-established and busy team then this may just be the position for you.
