APPLY NOW – IMMEDIATE START £21K per year CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our team at our office based in Leigh.
The role will involve calling up members of the public who have ordered products to schedule their deliveries within the regional delivery schedule
The successful candidate will need to follow a script to ensure the correct questions are asked regarding access restrictions and where the products are to be installed and then update the internal system.
Working times are usually Monday-Friday working alternate 8 - 4 and 9 - 5 shifts with 30 minutes for lunch
