An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator / accounts assistant.
This position is temp to perm and hours of work are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
The main duties of the role include:
· General administration duties
· Supporting the office
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
· Previous experience within an administrative / accounting assistant role
· Be fully computer literate
· Have experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
· Previous book keeping experience would be beneficial but not essential
· Previous experience using Sage would be preferred, but not essential
· We are looking for a personable individual with a vibrant and bubbly personality, who is willing to work hard to achieve good results
