Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit for a Line Leader for our5 well established client based within Isleham, Cambridge on a temp to perm basis.
Shift Pattern:Hours are worked on a panama shift pattern equating to 80.5 hours over a fortnight.
Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour with overtime available at time and a quarter rate.
Duties:
- Ensuring that your line operates at full capacity
- Ensure all Line resources are being used
- Run machinery to specification whilst escalating any issues you can’t resolve
- Support you team achieve a target
- Working to KPI's
- Work with internal departments to include QA and Engineering
Experience:
- Must have experience within a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
