Tuesday to Saturday Rota £12.48ph
Overtime - £18.72ph (after 48hrs)
Taskmaster Resources Ltd are currently looking for a HGV Class 2 delivery drivers for home delivery work on an ONGOING basis for our client, a well-known leading DIY materials and furniture distribution company based in Doncaster (DN6).
Your working rota will be 0630 Tuesday - Saturday every week.
Shift lengths vary between 8 - 12hrs per day. You will be working with another driver due to the delivery radius being increased due to workload, and please note this is a home delivery role so handball and lifting will be involved.
Good communication skills and great customer service will be required as you will be customer facing and the face of the company.
The first day will be a paid induction and driving assessment, paid after the first week of work.
This could lead to a permanent, full time position for the right candidate.
Applicants must have the following:
- Hold a HGV Class 2 (CAT C) HGV/LGV entitlement
- Hold a valid digital tachograph card (Digi-card)
- No more than 6 points on your license; DR DD IN endorsements are not accepted
- Full CPC
- Polite and pleasant personality
- Uniform provided by the client after successful induction
