Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Machine Operatives to work for our client based at their site in Warboys.
Duties will include:
- Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals.
- Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.
- Inspect materials for any contaminations.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Meet the requirements of audits and cleaning specifications.
- Ensure the correct protective equipment is correctly worn at all times.
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety.
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Being physically fit for this role is essential.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Must be able to work with noise and dust.
- Organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
- Follow health and safety rules.
- Works harmoniously with others to get the job done.
- Must be willing to work on the machines when needed (at an enhanced pay rate).
Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.
Shift:
Weekdays: 07:00 – 19:00
Saturdays: 07:00 – 12:00
Working up to a 60 hour week when required (with generous OT pay rates)
Pay rate: Standard: £10.50 - £13.00PH – depending on experience
Overtime: anything worked over 47.5 hours is at £15.75PH to £17.25PH
