Taskmaster Resources are looking for Production and FLT Operative for our client based in Mells, Near Frome in Somerset.
Job Specification:
You will work as part of the manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality concrete products, using all operational techniques, and creating the UK's leading concrete products. You will be required to use manual handling tools including the use of powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. The successful candidate will work in an environment where safety, quality, waste and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets are the norm!
Requirements and Skills
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- IOSH qualification is desirable.
- Good level of English, oral and written.
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes.
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous.
Working hours: Working a two-week rotating shift pattern (6am - 2pm or 8am - 4pm) based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays. Required to be flexible on the shift pattern and overtime as requirements may change during your employment.
