Order Picker / Packer (Mon to Fri 10am – 2pm)

£10.90 per hour training rate

£12 fully trained and hitting target

TM Scotland Fife & The Lothian’s branch are very excited to be working in partnership with one of our clients based in Livingston that is a 3PL fulfilment distribution centre.

Our client is passionate to deliver their services efficiently and effectively to ensure maximum success. Taskmaster are honored to work on our clients behalf to recruit part time Warehouse Operators to add to the team on a temp to perm contract of employment.

Hours of work are one of the following

· Mon to Fri 10am – 2pm

What does a Warehouse Operator look like within our client?

· Responsible to pick orders efficiently for different customers using warehouse management system

· This role is target based and a clear understanding of this would be shared within interview stage with TM – Pick rate incentives are in place to work towards

· General housekeeping and facility maintenance – Everyone is responsible to clean as they go and work together for the better of the working environment

· Ensuring to follow health and safety standards at all times

What we can offer you within our client as a Warehouse Operator?

· Guaranteed part time hours working 10am-2pm – Monday to Friday.

· Excellent management support and full training -Dedicated training team for Warehouse and FLT

· Training rate of £10.90, increasing to £12 once hitting target consistently

· Yearly bonus structure based on attendance, efficiency and accuracy – Terms apply based on contract success.

What we require for you to be considered for our client?

· Excellent work ethic with a can do attitude

· Warehouse / Order picking experience using WHM ideally however not essential – Full training will be provided

· A reference from a previous employer within the last 2 years

· A team player who wants to join the team and stay long term

· FLT experience would be a massive advantage however not essential as they have an internal trainer
