- Customer Service Advisor
Taskmaster Resources are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client based in Peterborough.
Duties:
- Making 100+ calls a day (NO COLD CALLS OR PRESSURE SELLING).
- Telephone calls to existing customers enquiring if they wish to attend auctions and if they would like a brochure etc.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner.
- Must be computer literate and good with emails etc.
- Someone from automotive background would be advantageous.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (0830-1730) plus maybe some Saturdays but this is optional. (part-time options also available, mornings/afternoons).
Pay: £10.50 per hour
There is the potential for this to become a more permanent role for the right candidate.
