Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Holiday Park Ranger for our client based near Stamford in a beautiful woodland park.

Experience from a maintenance background would be desirable but not essential, each applicant will be assessed on an individual basis. Holiday Park Ranger position is a manual one, maintaining wooden holiday lodges and the outside areas in a brand new beautiful holiday village located near Stamford.

Duties:

• Carry out repairs and restructure drains/groundwork/buildings.
• Carry out repairs to equipment in accommodation units in line with the job requests to the agreed operating standards.
• Distribute deliveries from a central point to the relevant department.
• Collection of rubbish and litter/bins, depositing it in the nearest refuse compound, including litter picking the park as and when required.
• Co-operate with external Contractors if and when required to ensure smooth running of the Park.
• Grass cutting and General Grounds maintenance including planting and weeding.
• Cleaning the outside of lodges and decking.
• Hot tub cleaning
• Hot tub water testing.

Skills and abilities:

• Have experience and a good understanding of maintenance duties.
• Have a strong understanding of landscaping and gardening work.
• Be able to provide excellent face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service.
• Well organised and able to function independently with limited supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Be confident.
• High level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Company-oriented with excellent professionalism.

Shift: 08:00 – 17:00, you will be working 5/7 this includes weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to go on call, for out-of-hours phone calls and requests.

Pay: £12.50 per hour. On call - £15. On call, call out £17 per hour.
