Our client is an independent Estate Agency offering both Sales & Lettings services. They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to help grow their team. The ideal candidate will have lettings experience.
This role will include but will not be limited to the duties below:
·advising clients about the letting process.
·conducting market appraisals.
·setting up viewings and showing potential tenants around suitable properties.
·selecting responsible, reliable tenants.
·preparing tenancy agreements and inventories.
·checking tenant references.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a lettings business and enjoy working to targets and have a good understanding of customer service to a high level.
Previous industry experience is essential, and valuing experience is preferred.
