Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our busy and expanding team at our dealerships in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
As a Service Advisor, you will help us to deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction and you will work with your colleagues and managers to help achieve targets and to drive the business forward.
You will provide estimates, book and schedule-in service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping your customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you'll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries. You will prioritise effectively to ensure that customers whose vehicles may need extra work are contacted in a timely manner, and advised on a recommend a course of action, maximising service department profitability.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and every other Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Person Specification
Work experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in the role as an automotive service advisor is required.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Kerridge/CDK Autoline, or similar systems, is essential
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
Attitude and ability:
- A strong belief in providing excellent customer service is essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
