CNC Setter & Operators - Milling and Turning positions available
Controls: Hurco and Fanuc
Location: Rotherham
Shifts: Double Days (6AM-2PM/2PM-10PM) - 39 Hours per week
Starting Salary: Up to £12 per hour - Other Setter & Operators earn well over £30K!
Overtime: Available 90% of the time - paid at time and a half
6% Production & Quality Bonus: Machinists average between £80-100 - paid 4 weekly
TM Resourcing (Technical & Engineering) are proudly working on behalf of a well-established sub-contract machining company based in Rotherham.
Our client is a privately owned sub-contract machining company that has been in business for well over 30 years. They are currently in the process of upsizing and are taking over another unit just across the way from their current site, which will create more space for the company to increase their machining capabilities.
The company supplies a number of industries with high volume Milled & Turned parts, meaning that this is a fast paced role where machinists are expected to machine 30 parts an hour in some instances.
We are looking for candidates who come from a sub-contract machining background, ideally from somewhere that also produces large quantities of smaller components.
This company sees a lot of repeat work, meaning that it is not essential for candidates to be capable of programming from scratch, however we are looking for skilled Setter & Operators who can edit programs where required.
