Our client operates two shifts; (shift one) 8.30am / 4.30pm (shift two) 11.30am / 7.30pm. Candidates applying must be happy working every other Saturday. Candidates will enjoy working in a friendly, modern office located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
The purpose of this role is to:
Maximise customer sales, retention. Opportunities will arise from both inbound and outbound activity and to also provide excellent customer service and effective administration support for all external and internal customers through a variety of communication channels. You will be working in the bespoke market dealing with unique vehicles and have the opportunity to experience exciting opportunities such as career mapping, meeting our customers face to face at events throughout the year. Starting Salary:
£15,000 per annum plus commission. Realistic on Target Earnings once trained £26K.
Salary review at 9 Months to £16k and then 18 Months - £17500. Subject to meeting targets.
Hours of Work :
- Early Shift: 08.30am - 4.30pm. (Monday to Friday).
- Late Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm. (Monday to Friday).
- 2 Saturdays per month: 08.30am - 4pm. 37.5 hours per week. No day off in the week when you work a Saturday.
- Office is closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- Hours: Over a two week period you will work a max of 75 hours.
- One of the two weeks will include more hours than the first as you will work a Saturday.
