Fish Filleters
£8.50-£9.50 per hour depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fish Filleter to work with our esteemed client in Kirkcaldy. There are two positions available for these full time positions, with a view to these becoming permanent for the right candidates after 12 weeks.
The client requires you to have experience of block filleting or angel filleting. Candidates who do not have any experience will not be considered for these roles.
Hours of work are 6.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday, with overtime available on a Saturday morning.
To be considered for these positions you will need:
- Previous experience in fish filleting
- Live locally to Kirkcaldy
- A good attendance record
- A team player
