Sales & Procurement Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Lincolnshire
Circa £22000 FTE
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
(Weekend Rota is applicable - 1 in 4 weekends),
28 days inclusive of bank holidays (BH's are standard working days)
One of the region's most well-known fresh Food suppliers has a vacancy for a Sales & Procurement Coordinator
The Role:
- Competently and accurately plan and manage all product stocks & sales from the point of purchase through to sales including returns and supporting documentation whilst maintaining low dwell times, balanced delivery cycles and low waste
- Deliver high service levels to all suppliers and customers both internally and externally, building strong relationships through providing a proactive and well planned service to all stakeholders which allows simple back office administration.
- Effectively & efficiently process all order amendment information to all internal departments & customers within the required timeframe.
- Play an active role in maintaining rituals & routines to further improve performance including team huddles, KPi's, key meeting attendance ensuring communication is proactive and clear.
Ideally you will have experience within the Food / Retail Supply Chain within your current / last position.
