LGV Class 1 Vac Tanker Drivers (Non ADR Tankers) – Utilities Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HGV Class 1 Vacuum Tanker Driver to work ongoing for our prestigious utilities client primarily from their site in Kendal. This position would ideally suit someone seeking part time/flexible work looking for between 3 and 5 shifts per week (possibly more), perhaps who has the flexibility to sometimes also work out of Kendal and Lancaster.
The work involves driving an Articulated HGV Class 1 Vehicle and the operation of a Vacuum Tanker. Full induction and training will be given to the right candidate. Normal working patterns are days. Early starts may be required as part of the team working out of this site.
Applicants joining us on a PAYE basis can expect to earn between £13.54 and £27.08 per hour as well as accruing up to 28 days paid holiday per annum.
You must also have the following:
- HGV Class 1 Licence with less than 6 penalty points
- A Full Drivers CPC card
- Digital Tachograph Card is essential
- Previous Tanker Experience is advantageous but not essential
