TM On-Site in proud partnership with IFCO are pleased to announced that we are currently recruiting for a number of Line Operatives based at the brand new IFCO facility based in Glasshoughton, Castleford.

Shift Patterns:
The shift pattern for this role will be a continental shift pattern working 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights 7-7’s. To be eligible to start, you will need to work both shift patterns of days and nights which will also include weekend working. Per shift you will be paid a total of 11.33 hours (one deducted unpaid break)
Pay Rates
For the first 13 weeks, the basic pay rate will be £11.02 + £0.50 attendance bonus when you have attended all of your shift patterns. Once 13 weeks has been completed, the basic pay rate will be £11.52.

Duties
As a dedicated Line Operative, your day to day duties will include:
- Preparing the line ready to start the days production
- Checking the quality of each tray as you will manually load the stack to the start of the production
- Feeding the trays into the high tech brand new machinery ready to start the wash process
- Making your way down the line to check on the product as it makes its way through production
- End of the line palletising – taking care to stack each tray into the correct stock ready for customer dispatch
- General housekeeping – Clean as you go making sure that you keep your work station to a high standard as expected
