- TM On-Site in proud partnership with IFCO are pleased to announced that we are currently recruiting for a number of Machine Operatives based at the brand new IFCO facility based in Glasshoughton, Castleford.

Shift Patterns:
The shift pattern for this role will be a continental shift pattern working 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights 6-6’s. To be eligible to start, you will need to work both shift patterns of days and nights which will also include weekend working. Per shift you will be paid a total of 11.33 hours (one deducted unpaid break)
Pay Rates
For the first 13 weeks, the basic pay rate will be £11.02 + £0.50 attendance bonus when you have attended all of your shift patterns. Once 13 weeks has been completed, the basic pay rate will be £11.52.

Duties
As a dedicated Machine Operative, your day to day duties will include:
- Starting the day by prepping the brand new machinery to match the daily work load
- Checking the systems to identify any faults
- Assisting the Line Operatives by manually prepping the palletised product ready to start production
- Ensuring that workload is completed in a timely manner
- Following all Health and Safety at all times
- Dealing with paperwork / orders to set up machines for all orders
- Cross checking completed work load at the end of the production day
- General House Keeping – ensuring all work stations are kept to a high clean standard.
