Night Team Leader
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Night Team Leader to work for our client based at their site in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
Key responsibilities:

Ensure the application of the business “key standards” are maintained.

Establish, monitor and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity.

Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported.

Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site.
-
Ensuring efficient and effective delivery and implementation of all aspects of Clients operational requirements.

Working to agreed KPI’s and objectives.
-
Maintain a safe working environment.
-
Establish and maintain a harmonized people focused team- working environment.

General Housekeeping.
Skills and experience:

Good communication & team working skills.

Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

A professional manner.

Good Computer literacy.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Flexibility.

Good People skills for working with a range of colleagues and customers.

The ability to lead and motivate a team.

To be proactive.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 21:00 – 06:00.
