Forklift Flexi Driver – Corby
Taskmaster Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Flexi Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse and distribution operation in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work within a well-established company.
Duties will include:
- Operating the Flexi Truck to safely and efficiently move pallets between warehouse areas and racking systems.
- Loading and unloading stock, ensuring items are stored correctly and securely.
- Supporting warehouse operations with general duties such as picking, packing, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Following all site health & safety procedures and working to high standards of accuracy.
- Working both independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets.
The Candidate:
We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates who can bring the following:
- A valid Flexi Truck licence (or Reach licence with willingness to upskill to Flexi – training can be provided).
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail.
- A good level of written and spoken English to follow instructions and complete paperwork.
- Must be able to start immediately.
Shift & Pay:
- Night Shift – 18:00 start
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- Pay rate: £14.41 per hour
