High Level Order Picker/ Warehouse Operative PM Shift

TM Onsite, part of the Taskmaster Resourcing, is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client ID Logistics, for their brand-new distribution centre in Sherburn in Elmet.

Your Role: High-Level Order Picker / Warehouse Operative 

As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for accurate and efficient picking of goods at heights of up to 14 meters, operating a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) within a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking stock accurately from high-racking systems using VNA trucks
• Navigating and working in a safe manner and following all health and safety protocols
• General manual handling and other warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, we are looking for candidates with previous experience on any type of FLT Truck – Full training provided!
• Warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working at height and using emergency equipment
• Experience using HLOP or working in VNA environments is highly desirable
• Physically fit, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work 5 days out of 6 (with Sundays off and alternate Saturdays required)
• Own transport required due to limited public transport in the area

Hourly Pay Rates:

• £13.75 per hour – General Warehouse OP
• £14.75 per hour – HLOP driver
• £18.44 per hour - Sat Overtime rate
